God designed our bodies to work! He made them self-healing. If we are sick, there is a reason. We should seek to discover the cause of our infirmity. If we correct whatever caused the illness, our bodies will usually be restored to health.

God’s Way to Healthy Living in 7 Steps

1 – SPIRITUAL HEALTH

Become spiritually alive by coming into relationship with your Creator through trusting in what His Son Jesus has done for us.

Enter into peace by trusting God daily, and moment by moment, to help you in every area of your life.

Be set free from demonic afflictions of body and soul through learning the truth, thinking on the truth, and speaking the truth in faith. Trust God to heal our bodies in times of need.

2 – EAT WHAT GOD PROVIDED AS FOOD

Eat the things that God has provided as food, as revealed in the Bible. No matter what else you eat, eat lots of vegetables, both raw and cooked. Eat plenty of raw fruit, and eat nuts, seeds, beans, and lentils. Eat only meat, fish, eggs, and milk which come from Biblically “clean
animals,” and which have lived in a healthy environment.

Drink lots of pure water. If you can learn to drink water, instead of sugary, chemical laden drinks, this is one of the biggest steps you can make towards good health.

3 – AVOIDS SUGAR, HIGH-FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, WHITE FLOUR, AND ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS.

Try to avoid everything which contains processed sugar, or artificial sweeteners. High-fructose corn syrup is worse than sugar, and most sugar in the U.S. today is from GMO sugar beets. The average American today eats 150 pounds of sugar each year, compared to about 20 pounds per year in 1860. Sugar, and processed flour, which becomes sugar in our body, are what makes us fat. Currently, 2/3 of Americans are over-weight. Sugar and obesity contribute to diabetes, heartdisease, cancer, a weakened immune system, and a loss in the quality of our lives. Today’s artificial sweeteners all have deadly side-effects. Stevia, honey, and pure maple syrup are three examples of safe, natural sweeteners.

4 – CHOOSE HEALTHY OILS

Try to avoid all vegetable oils, because they are highly processed and unhealthy. Olive oil is healthy, unless it is heated. Coconut oil is a healthy oil, and it is safe for cooking.

5 – AVOID GMO’S

Avoid all products containing Genetically Modified Organisms. In the United States, today, that includes most products which contain corn, soybeans, sugar beets, canola and cottonseed oil, unless they specifically say they are “organic.” GMO products often cause allergies and chronic digestive problems. In addition, they are polluted with glyphosate from the weed killer Roundup. Sadly, non-organic wheat in the USA is also sprayed with Roundup just before harvesting.

6 – AVOID ALUMINUM AND FLUORIDE

Use only toothpaste without fluoride, and use deodorants instead of anti-perspirants (which all contains aluminum). Fluoride and aluminum are cancer causing agents, and both are associated with decreased brain function. Avoid vaccinations! True statistics show that they cause diseases as often as they prevent them. In addition, vaccines almost always contain either mercury or aluminum. These heavy metals build up in our bodies, especially in our brains, increasing our chances of both cancer and Alzheimer’s disease.

7 – EXERCISE

Exercise. Get yourself moving. Don’t sit around all day, and think that going to the gym for an hour will make up for it. Go outside when the weather is nice, and get some sun light onto your skin and into your eyes. Go for a walk. Do something!
